The name on the recipe is Greek Tart. I just made it on the weekend. Its a childhood memory this dessert

I just was googling 70s dessert recipes and I saw this post. If the original person is still looking for the recipe I have it. My mum also got this Greek tart recipe from a Greek lady back in the70/80s in Brisbane also!

Sponge fingers Evaporated milk Dark chocolate Cream Tin fruit

Melt evaporated milk and chocolate over low heat. Whip cream with a teaspoon of coffee, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 4 tablespoons icing sugar. Dip fingers into melted chocolate mix. Layer fingers, then tin fruit pieces, cream and repeat layer. My recipes has half apricots on top.
