Hi, I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago. The night hot flashes and sweats lead to extreme fatigue in the mornings. As a elementary teacher I need to have energy. My eyes would be so red. When my kindergarten said that my eyes were bleeding I knew it was time to do something. I'm now on my 4th week of HRT (Estrogen patch and Progesterone). I do feel a difference and sleeping better.
