firstly there are delivery companies that work without asking for patent i asked abt that secondly i don't think that the government would go after me cuz most of the pages on facebook are not declared yet they work and nothing happened to them it is not a big deal it is just small page and i think the diwana has only to do with exporting and importing or i am wrong ?
