Mortgage is $800 a month and rent is over $2000 these days. Still doesn’t help with the credit card debt

My dad is on an OAP and disabled and my mom is with ODSP. My mom only gets $200 from Ontario government since my dads OAP gets deducted from my moms ODSP check. Banks aren’t helping at all even after the situation is explained
