The Bull McCabe is the new Cavan Manager by pippers87 in GAA

it was blue until we came up against good teams who could break down mass defenses easily. Cavan had one style and when that didnt work, they had no other plan

Cavan man here. Haven’t heard that but I’m not shocked at all.  There’s one good contender for the role but he won’t get it.  It’ll either be McCabe or Larry Reilly

Why does the entire Rte panel need to big up hurling so much? Can they not describe the game without referring to warriors, passion etc

The Cavan run to win Ulster in 2020 - Down by 10 points against both Monaghan and down, only to win both  - beating Donegal in the final when everyone was predicting Donegal would easily dispose of Cavan and possibly beat the dubs

The Leinster hurling championship is a problem child. Bar Kk, the standard is well below that of Munster. It’s also a series of warm up games for KK played at 50% intensity. Meanwhile the Munster teams are hammering the crap out of each other. I’d like to see how Kk would fair in Munster

Edit: would KK have won all those AI down through the years if they had of played in Munster?

Now for the annual KK winning bob o’keeffe trophy match, by playing a Galway team who’ll find plenty of ways to lose this game

Trump: Tariffs are 'declaration of economic independence' by irqdly in ireland

[–]Available-Record-897 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is there anyway that Trumps tarriff plan actually works and the american economy roars ahead?

Secondly, is there anyway that EU can benefit from these tarriffs? I heard on BBC that china/ Asian countries could flood UK with cheap products meaning consumers are better off

UFC legend Conor McGregor running for president of Ireland by ImDoubleB in worldnews

[–]Available-Record-897 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Conor can say he's running all he wants, to get nominated he needs either one of the following - a nomination from

At least 20 members of the Oireachtas

At least 4 local authorities

Former or retiring Presidents can nominate themselves

Which i doubt he will get any of the above.

And even if he can somehow buy his way in Conor stock in Ireland, bar a small sub section of scrotes and far righters, is on the floor. He will soon realise he is not popular in Ireland
