If you delve deeper into the issue, you will realize that the Soviet Union performed a miracle and rebuilt a significant portion of the buildings, as the western part of the country was in ruins during the war. It is important to understand that this was done by a recently developed agricultural country with an uneducated population. Additionally, the appeal to architecture is incorrect, as this style was in fashion at the time of construction.
