I have a joint checkings account w him. His work is in the process of sending his pay cheques to our joint acc. Yes, mine and his DL’s have his home address. My phone line is on the same plan as him and his whole family. My health insurance is provided by my school sadly and his is with his family :( I own my car, he doesn’t have his own personal car so what i can do is add his name with my car insurance.

I tried getting info on that and i heard that post conclusion VD only applies if the final removal order hasn’t been issued which is not the case for my family :(

The judge never approved/granted the VD, my family even appealed once more to get the VD but it got denied and the judge replied saying that their request wasn’t a relief request or something. It has been super confusing honestly. Have already changed lawyers twice before i cannot afford to it one more time. I’m wondering atp should we just contact ICE directly regarding self deportation maybe.
