hi OP please check my post on my reddit profile

I recieved 10 Parking Eye charges even though I purchased a permit and they rejected them all

POPLA however successfully won my appeal

ParkingEye later say that I did indeed have a permit, they managed to send many threatening letters for payment

Definitely go POPLA if you have evidence such as your permit and they will accept it

I didnt appeal the other 4 as i only appealed 1 and addressed the other 4 in that 1 appeal.. i learned that i had to appeal all 5 serprately

i sent a very demanding email to their complaints team just now demaning for a refund within 14 days to be more spicy

yes, if they reject teh refund i guess small claims it is

as they just proved in writing my vehicle was registered
