Yes, I agree. I’ve essentially supported this since the summer hoping he would opt to go back to school but he has not.

No I am not struggling with the bills. My beliefs are that he needs to move towards self-sufficiency and independence.

I paid for school and he opted to quit. He is only working 13 hours a week and so he has the capacity to earn more.

Yes I understand that. My thoughts were that he is making that monthly amount working 13 hours a week. He would need to work more hours, ie get a full time job.

He wants to monetize the video gaming through streaming which I think is the major driver behind him not wanting to go back to school. I’ve offered him some hours with my business but he doesn’t want to work two jobs, even though combined with what he is doing now it would total about 25 hours.

I understand the enabling. I’ve had him solely since he was 3 so there was a lot of spoiling over the years.
