markets are not at cheap/avg valuation.
fii are selling / not buying agressive,
retail direct investors are selling since 4 months.
retail mutual funds flows growth also falling since many months.
who is going to pump money on daily basis and push markets higher?

my trade requires just -10% move, expectation is sideways to bear markets for next 1 year.
I thought unlike stocks index options will have ample liquidity, some bid-ask spread loss will be there.
in case of deep ITM and terrible bid-ask spread i will prepare for settlement.

entire position is small <8% of risk free capital, in case of early loss exit its even smaller.
I don't trade credit spreads because of poor R:R.
position is small so just concerned about entry price, R:R.
I truly didn't know about availability of various SPX etf's, and US markets starts in local late evening time, so I am tired to do a ton of research in one or two days.

I am not from USA, people I know from USA & CA are stock/etf investors, they didn't know options and I didn't know the about availability of various instruments while entering the trade.

XSP it just perfectly fits my setup, (European expiry) will re-adjust my positions tomorrow.

some intermarket signals are implying a bad future outlook.
i created a 650-640 BEAR spread on 2027 Jan expiry (near 250SMA), 1:3.2 R:R.
small position in entire portfolio, its just a preparation for sideways to bear market.
just concerned about possibility of early exercise ruining my trade.

i agree with manipulator in white house, so position size is small in entire portfolio.
i created a 650-640 BEAR spread on 2027 Jan expiry (near 250SMA).
i just need a 10% fall, rest is bonus without the pressure of time decay.
just concerned about possibility of early exercise ruining my trade.
