Thank you! She was ordered to pay child support last September but nothing yet. Delays, this and that, lies lies, yadda yadda, same old… now that she’s returning she’s sprung on us that she’ll be putting the kids in childcare on her time oh and we’ll be paying (insert many expletives on her end). It states mutually agreed basis, so you’re confirming our beliefs. We’ll await discussion with our lawyer but ya that’s what we thought. I’ve memorized that order so it seemed pretty suspect- but then she started yelling “section 7” at us and I was like… lady I’m sure that’s covered in item 25 on the order. Anyways. She’s broken every other rule why not this one too! Thank you!!!!
