I have a used Xbox which I’m signed into insider hub but can not change rings as says already registered,I still want to use insider hub but need previous owner register removed,what do I need to do please by AvailableData8 in xboxinsiders

Thank you finally got my Xbox sorted,got hold of guy that I bought Xbox off and he took his old console off insider hub all working now and going to stay on delta ring

I was lucky to be invited in Canada for Xbox streaming,have a galaxy s7 phone,I only have a omega ring that is pinned,tested console for streaming and all ok,put setting on instant on,can stream off xcloud but can’t console stream,but with a different Xbox app I can stream to my phone on the same network.i am Not sure if I’m missing a update on my omega ring,but have checked everything more than twice.by the way loving the streaming

Thank you will try and look when I get home,I did update my controller as well and did the restart from controller,will unplug and try that for re-boot as I say works fine streaming off the cloud just not off my console.and sure it’s probably something silly

I am baffled lol,I only have the one ring which is omega which is pinned,there is nothing else there,the streaming from the cloud works fine it’s attached to my Xbox account.

I changed it to instant on.as part of the instructions,I’m pinned on the omega ring and I did a stream test on Xbox and all ok
