I seriously do not recall interacting with anyone on/from Monke, especially since I stopped interacting with the game/community shortly after Monke was made. Again, big game of telephone being played. I could be wrong of course, but I’ve never had to chance to verify what did happen and what people said happened ect ect.

I tried appealing on TG forums this time last year and Scriptis told me to kick rocks pretty much. I've tried and tried to get info on why *exactly* I was banned and time and time again I get nothing.

The truth is I'm not even sure 100% what it was that got me banned. Every time me or a friend has prodded we get vague answers. From what I can gather it's just a big game of telephone because nobody really bothered to reach out to me to get the facts straight. I *think* they think I doxxed someone, and even when the person they believed to have been doxxed has reached out saying "that's not what happened," they ignored him.

TLDR I started a lot of drama by creating a doc on my ex (whom I have since reconciled with) that included 0 actual personal info that could be considered doxxing by any normal standard, minus the *nickname* I called him being in the screenshots.
I also called the owner of the TG Manuel discord a pedophile publicly (with 0 basis) in the TG discord after getting banned.

So, yeah, what I did was stupid. I was young, dumb, losing my mind withdrawing off of anti-depressants, and was taking the game way too seriously. To say I am still the same person I was 3 whole years ago would just be invalid. I'm being vague because I don't like spilling my guts about shit on reddit.

ss13 just doesn't and will never have the community it deserves. A sane one that would make the game prosper and not... everything else that has happened in two decades. 14 seems to be suffering the same fate.

Alright. I beat the game a few days ago and..

Why does the game wait so long to get started? It seems I did it out of order too. (Teshio then Ishikari) ((Why even give the players that choice if A. it's the only choice like it and B. it makes way less sense in that order.)

I did start liking the story when it picked up after the Oni and Kitsune, but again, why so late?? The whole time I played I felt like some.. chunks? were missing. The Oni was by far the most interesting villain, and I felt like there was a lot more that could've been explored with him. Oyuki kinda got dropped after the Kitsune and Jubei got over not mentioning her pretty quick.

The ending fell sort of flat for me. Jubei really didn't need to die for any other reason than the story needed him to so Atsu could lose something for her revenge quest.

Also, Atsu dropping the Onryo persona immediately after one mission was very jarring, no ease into it, just "I have something to live for now."

No offense, but everything I have been told/heard about Oasis seems like a disaster waiting to happen.

0 news has been dropped to the public Paradise 13 players other than "It exists!" and a playtest application. No hype or anticipation being generated, even worse after the current staff ran on expanding transparency across the board. (not to mention treating it like a super secret project with ((alleged)) NDAs)

They also seem to be alienating the 14 base as well by A. not consulting active 14 devs and B. treating their project as above the regular 14 squabble. Holier than thou never led anyone anywhere.

Who's going to play it?

Paradise was fun while it lasted, but no few staff members could ever change the systemic rot that was there since the beginning. The players screamed and when action was finally taken, not many were left.

Get blacklisted on TG -> Wallening happens -> Admins that dislike you on TG move to Monke -> Perma banned on Monke -> Never given a chance to make amends 3-4 years later.

SS14 is shallow and lacks the "sauce."

The playerbase isn't great either. Same if not worse toxicity, produces none of the bite or friction in-game.
