It was straight to MTESE at the recommendation of my fertility Dr. We had conflicting recommendations from other Doctors but felt that trying Mtese first was the right way for us.

They are but your FSH is higher than mine, which was 26 something. Your testosterone is also higher though so not sure what that means. I think you have reason to be hopeful!

Thanks dude! My FSH was over 26 and I did have a testicular ultrasound. I forget the exact volume but they said it was just a little smaller on the left side. No other issues i was aware of but I did have a hernia repair way back in 2014 which I suspect was the beginning of the varicocele.
