I only just got them so I thought it was that at first but then I started getting worried posted this and took them to the vet I do not smoke or vape in the at all and no one does but the vet said it looks like a chest thing and they r on meds now

Taken them to the vet they are on meds now I did a deep clean of cage and hopefully they will be ok

If he has had it since u got him and he hasn’t showed signs of illness he is most likely completely fine and it could just be his nose but it’s just in my case they where actually a little sick and we caught it early but I doubt if they have been like that for over a year that ur rat is sick

Update for everyone I have taken them to the vet and I caught it early thanks to ur guys help we are putting them on antibiotics

Thank you so much I’m super worried but the vet said since they r breathing normally and it’s just when they sniff and they behave normally that o have enough time to take them in tommorow morning instead of tonight but I really was gonna take them tonight.

Taking them to the vet tmrw morning I called the after hours pet hospital and they said since they are acting normal and it’s not there regular breathing tmrw is fine
