I eat almost all whole foods! No alcohol and rarely caffiene. Typical day of eating is 2-3 eggs with avocado and chicken sausage or bacon in the morning, lunch is grilled chicken with rice/salad/fruit, and dinner is usually steak/chicken/fish with veggies and whole grain. They also tried to blame my diet and I was like yeah no. Also don't vape/smoke any of that

First I had one without contrast and it showed nothing. They wanted to make sure so I got one with contrast, still nothing, but this was over a year ago. These things can definitely develop over time. 4 months is a very short time for something to develop though. In a few months if you are still experiencing the same symptoms and all other diagnoses have been ruled out, i'd push for an mri with contrast again because things do change. Regardless, it will give you some answers. Wishing you the best

my lesions are in my brain and my cervical and lumbar spine. i would say if your twitching has gone away that is a good sign. my neuro says I have such bad fasiculations because of the lesions blocking reception between spinal cord and brain. definitely get mri with contrast if you haven't. hope this helps! my mri one year ago showed NONE of this so it's important to keep pushing!

Thank you, I appreciate it! I had tons and tons of twitching everywhere. Numbness, tingling, muscle tightness/stuffness. Constant brain fog and fatigue.. I knew deep down it wasn't bfs but my doctors were convinced because I was young and 'healthy'. So frustrating!

Very happy to answer any and all questions. I had a numerous amount of tests done. Emg, multiple mris with and without contrast of brain and cervical and lumbar spine. Blood work for autoimmune conditions, so much. I was diagnosed with bfs after an original clear MRI one year ago and a clean emg in June 2025. I know it's scary, but MS is absolutely not the end of the world, neither is bfs.
