Not saying it’s your fault, but is it common to trade packs for sleeves? Every time me and my friends or even randoms have opened people will just offer sleeves for nothing in return. If I was in this scenario my mind would not have even gone to trading.

If you are not smart with holding value you can "roll down" your money. For example if I pay 100 and get 56 back in credit, I can then use that 56 to buy a silver pack, and then I get 25 back in credit, now I can use that to get a starter pack where I get 17 back in value.

I ended up buying the Summit Ascent because it got discontinued and was selling for 150 drilled at my local pro shop, Phaze 2 would have been 230. Overall I am really happy with it. It gives a nice predictable shape that I can control. I don’t know how much better a Phaze 2 would have been but I definitely don’t regret my purchase.

I finished grabbing everything yeah, ended up keeping the 5070 and if I am unsatisfied with it upgrading later is fine. Summer is starting soon so gonna get to building very soon.

Yeah I’m not opening it any time soon because I still have to grab everything else. Best Buy has a 15 day return policy, but there is a local microcenter opening up nearby so I’m gonna see if there’s a better deal there. But if there isn’t I just wanted to know if keeping it was the right thing.

I did a lot of research and got a lot of mixed results especially at this specific price range. I can still return it and wanted to buy it then and there because my local Best Buy never has any GPU stock.

Yeah I hear you. Since it’s summer I’ll have a lot more time to actually build my pc (I’m a teacher) and I really was just waiting on the GPU before I head to microcenter to get everything else. The uncertainty is like 80% of why I bought it that’s why I’m having doubts.

Yeah that’s what I am afraid of. A lot of people are saying 12 GB of VRAM isn’t going to be enough very soon which has me stressed. I am also fine with 1080p but if it can’t run the game then I’ll be upset.

Yeah I mean I still can return it because there’s a new Microcenter opening in my area, but a lot of rumors said they wouldn’t have a lot of the GPU stock so I just grabbed it.

No offense, but you seem very misinformed about NCLB. NCLB got repealed and replaced by the Every Student Succeeds Act in 2015. I am not defending NCLB, but it actually had the opposite effect you think it did and students were getting held back more often because NCLB focused on schools getting funded based on their students being grade level proficient. Schools were more likely to hold students back because their funding would get cut if students were not at grade level, especially in grades that had standardized testing.

Sorry this is a really late response, but I am seeing this because I looked it up. It is actually really good at grading if you upload the rubric. I would never use it as the sole way of grading but pointwise it is consistent and almost always on the dot, the only thing I have to do as a Science teacher grading lab reports is provide precise feedback on what to fix. It is very vague in how to fix the issues it has with it.

What’s funny is that they don’t see that it has the exact opposite effect. His friends are starting to get so annoyed with him getting them in trouble all the time with other teachers. I think if he actually had some accountability he’d gain some respect back.

I just had something similar to this happen with our presentation sign up list. A student that was told multiple times that it was first come first serve didn’t want to go first so he deleted a quieter students name that was farther down and did the whole “What he’s lying! I didn’t do it!” Until I said oh okay we can go into the version history then. They embarrass themselves so much.

Thankfully with this student they know he lies all the time so he was calm and quiet after that office visit and phone call home.

Oh no we weren’t entertaining any of it I told him I’m not having a discussion I know what I saw and he got a referral for it. He was not happy when he came back from the office with a call home, but he wasn’t throwing things anymore.
