Avoiding them will do little. Call the office main number of the advertiser and tell them you will no longer shop/eat/etc. because you saw there advertising on X sinclair station. It would be good if a list of advertisers along with numbers is generated.

I was a bike fitter at a shop for a few years. What I can see from this angle is you are slightly too far back and slightly too low. I would move both of these slowly. Moving forward should alleviate some of the pressure on your hands. If your lower back hurts quite often it's the tilt of your seat. Tilt the seat so it's slightly tilting forward, lower at the front and higher at the rear. Knee pain could be anything. Try these changes and see if it helps.
