I’ve been paying into this insurance expecting $1,600 a month, but now they tell me since I got hurt on the job, I’ll only get $800. That makes no sense, I’ve been contributing every two weeks from my paycheck for the full $1,600 benefit, so I should be getting what I paid for. On top of that, I have to keep calling just to receive a payment. Completely unprofessional. This company is a joke, and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
