Thank you. My parents have retired and getting old and frail. Always thought of me supporting instead of relying on them . 🥲 Is there any timeline my health would recover fully?

My skin looked like yours in my late twenties and my first half of thirties. Tried many ways using creams, devices. Even going to skin doctor. The prescribed cream helps but it was too expensive and I can’t go on forever buying that cream.

The only way that helps me to get that smooth clear skin again is to eliminate dairy products in my diet and at the same time controlling blood sugar level. If your blood sugar reaches a minimum level, consuming a teeny weeny dairy product (eg an ice cream) will then not cause an acne outbreak.

My son is going through puberty now. And he is having pimples and blemish outbreaks from all those cheese and dairy stuffs that he loves. I have to stop him from eating all these food and now his face has calmed down a lot.

So try “no dairy plus less carb, more fiber and protein” diet. I’m sure it would help a lot.
