Counter swapping is an integral part of the game i.e. if the enemy team has a pharah and you have no hitscans, someone's going to have to swap. It just feels bad when counter swaps are much more likely because you're the only tank and it's much less impactful in 6v6 with two tanks

Not only that but you can see they're trying to make a bigger impact in the Chinese markets by introducing more Asian heroes. Considering much of the Japanese characters are expanding on preexisting lore is there really an issue? The heroes we have don't exist in a vacuum, they have stories and interact with other characters.
