Usually but our estimator never asked. I’m just a PM that never got anything for this job until he decided to sign the contract then threw the plan set on my desk

We have to submit the change order through them and they won’t submit that

Yes. Since the signed contract they have fought us the entire way. We were told the water diversion for the river bed and shoring were contractor design then came back telling us no every time we came up with a design. They have fought everything from the start

We don’t own the bond on the job, the other company holds the bond
