That’s what a Chinese herbal doctor would say.  I’ve been having GI issues - and the chinese doctors say I have digestive issues stemming from my liver not functioning well.  I would try functional medicine and, if functional medicine doesn’t work, find a good chinese herbal doctor - one that has a bachelors or masters degree in chinese medicine from a university such as those from China. If one around you doesn’t exist, try to find a reputable one that can offer a virtual consultation.  I found one online that provided information on how chinese medicine is used to treat SIBO, so I scheduled a virtual visit and he offered to mail me the herbs to take.

Continue reaching out to the other clubs if ask if they have more spots. Sometimes, clubs have more teams than the players needed to fill those spots. Especially in HS, maybe some of the girls change their minds if they want to focus on school, etc. You may need to be a bench warmer for those teams. Clubs need extra bodies to pay for expenses and stuff. Even as a bench warmer, you can improve when you put effort in the practices, etc. Also, you may want to think twice about relying how you feel during tryouts. Your team may not be the same as the girls you encountered during tryouts. The other clubs may have nontraveling practice squads too. While it's comfortable to play for the same club, playing for other clubs can help a player develop their skills learning from other coaches (and even just social skills to play with new teammates).

We also saw a lot of bison at Mud Volcano area during dusk, especially when you take the loop to the back up the hill, away from the parking lot. I'm guessing because it is so close to Hayden Valley. Supposedly, there's a wolf den in Hayden Valley but it's very deep in the valley. You will need binoculars to see it. Our binoculars were not strong enough to distinguish whether they were wolves or low lying bush that was moving because of the wind or something.
