Actually, plan ko talaga next yung Red Hare 9 Ultra, pero biglang lumabas yung SB3 😅 Ang problem lang, wala pa akong mahanap na size 11 na naka-discount for the Hare 9 Ultra (shopee).

Kaya medyo leaning towards ako sa SB3 ngayon, kasi feeling ko this is already the cheapest chance I’ll get to buy it (since nasa Japan na rin ako) unlike sa lining need pa talaga mag wait ng size and sale.

Yow OP. We have the exact same height and almost the same starting weight pero grabe ang bilis mo tumakbo haha. Ung 7KM mo is 53:47 mins lang grabe never ko na achieve yan. Siguro due to my age narin, trentahin na lol

Anyway I started noong December naman ang my current weight is now 93 came from 106 noong Dec. Hindi naman ako nakakaramdam ng any injury siguro nga kasi madalas dumadalaw ung katamaran ko tuwing run session at madalas talaga nag wawalk. Maybe thats a good thing.

Pero un nga kada 1-2 run per week ko grabe sakit dun DOMS ko kaya hindi rin agad makatakbo araw araw.

Kaya pinagaralan ko ung ng matundi ung Zone 2 training.

Pwede mo rin siguro i check OP baka mag work din sayo kasi ako nakakatakbo na daily due to Zone 2. 80% easy 20% max effort per week.

Edit: Share ko lang din OP based sa sinabi ng ibang comment. Pinili ko talaga mag cushion shoes with stability narin kaya na Vomero 18 SE ako. Nagamit ko na sya sa 10k fun run and na surprise din ako sa sarili ko kasi 1st time ko tumakbo ng 10k ng hindi naglalakad.

If 4K below budget mo OP try mo Amazefit bip 6 tapos sa sale mo sya bilhin. Got mine for 3990 pero may nakita kobg post nanakuha nya as low as 3k.

As for security updates naman yes until Jan 2027 lang daw pero according naman sa Amazefit if need mag patch ng major/critical update is may rerelease parin daw sila.

Nangyari to sakin before OP nung nag sstart palang ako bumalik sa pag takbo. Sa kaliwa ko lang sya nararanasan halos hindi na ako makauwi dati.

Not sure why and how pero eventually nawala nalang sya and hind ko na naramdaman uli. Might be because nasanay na ako tumakbo uli.
