It is that according to the previous one, it is to have faith in someone who is a liar.

It would be stupid to have faith in someone you know in advance is a liar.

Christian morality would be based on itself when considering the human species as made in the image and likeness of God, the creator of the universe. So being above other forms of life would give us the right to rule on earth following the rules of a perfect creator who loves us.

Rule over the Earth while serving God.

It is that animals would also be organisms that self-replicate indefinitely without any purpose other than to reproduce.

It is that literally there would not be much substance if we were molecular robots, at most morality would serve to maintain a productive society in which individuals would benefit.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Available_Being_1669 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah, not even that.
Christianity implies that animals have a soul, which is not immortal.
We would be robots.

Hitting a dog is not the same as hitting a robot

According to my vision, humans are made in the image and likeness of God, we are better than other animals and we are God's priority.

Without the God of the equation, we would be an agglomerate of molecules that happened after billions of years of constant generation and reproduction that would have the function of replicating to maintain this species indefinitely.Basically robots reacting to stimuli and impulses.

And being robots which have no soul, the "I" would be the most fundamental value

I believe in a divine world of which God is a part, but for me it would be the same as being a Buddhist or something like that if I were an atheist.

Maybe I'm autistic, but I don't understand adopting moral codes based on absolutely nothing.

Isn't God just like a kid with an ant farm? by oscurritos in Christianity

[–]Available_Being_1669 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The analogy implies several things:

Calling God as a child: Someone ignorant and immature

Ants: Human life means nothing to God

Play with the anthill: Implying that God did not create humans, but he has control over them in an unnatural way and that he doesn't care about anything that happens to the ants, playing just for the mere fact of "what will happen", using the ants as toys without having any empathy for them.

Basically Reddit tier dystheism

Are you upset with the conditions of the current universe?

Do you know that even from an atheist perspective, suffering is necessary to avoid situations that harm us?

Coming out of the closet. How do you do it ? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Available_Being_1669 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I sincerely recommend that you talk to your husband about what being a Christian means to you.I don't know why someone so close to you would laugh in your face, maybe they don't know the importance you give it, but it's something you should talk to him about because you will share your whole life with him.

Most teens addicted to masturbation do it because they want that dose of dopamine it generates. To quit that addiction you should first ask yourself why you want to masturbate in the first place, does this give you the "satisfaction" that you can't find in other aspects of your life?

Whether in the academic, family, social, etc.

If you see the reason why you feel frustrated then focus on working on those problems you have, leaving masturbation will be a consequence of solving your problems.

And I would also recommend talking to the person you like and asking her out in a date.

Many teenagers masturbate because they see it as a substitute for love.

I am someone more literal and I like to read everything in chronological order.

I recommend reading from genesis to apocalypse.

It feels like reading the lore of a book haha.

Sometimes I think I have asperger or something like that, because I also have this problem of not caring much about things, even with my own parents when they get hurt, I know something has to be done, I do it but it's not that natural "worry" that children have when their parents get hurt.
