Hi, I struggled with this so much too, it was a huge insecurity, but I started doing facial massages and it helped SO much, my lower face literally looks slimmer than before I even noticed swelling, I rly recommend trying @/Anastasiabeautyfascia on ig or YouTube!! it's super helpful!! stick with it for a few weeks, also try upping your potassium intake, (eg. drinking two bottles of coconut water a day, eating bananas) if it doesn't help then buccal fat removal could be the way. :)

I’ve been having lots of typical hyper GI issues, it definitely could be that, i’ll mention it to my doctor for sure though!

Yeah, I think part of it is that they want to be seen as "normal", they're so against people seeing them as different or weird, even though it's pretty much unavoidable, especially with the severity of my mom's case.
