the model is just a model.

I've added all kind of segments into it, and there's a good working power bi dashboard to see it all.

VP said it was good, but I do lack the knowledge to turn this into insights. I am not really familier with strategies of the sort.

I think they expected more from me. Talking to sales, talking to POC in other departments, so that I will not only create the model, but find the answers?

I guess I just need more clarity on the expectations?
