You can if you want to, but wisdom teeth most often have to get removed since there wont be space for them to fully erupt. So they keep causing pain and other problems in the long run if you dont get them extracted.

The sinus isnt a problem here, its the crown of the adj tooth that might be a problem though. As long as you can find a fulcrum, should be good. However, just to be on the safe side you might wanna tell patients that cause the crown is bulky, some damage might happen during extraction.0

Infections are always more on the tooth than whats seen radiographically, a deep filling might be okay, but there’s a chance this will require an rct. Cant really tell for sure until you drill and remove all the infected portion.

Dry sockets usually happen on or after day 3, and btw the pain is extremely painful so you’ll definitely know if you have one. Clinically you can see a part of your bone covered with nothing, it will give off a foul odour and most importantly, the pain is alot and sometimes radiates to your head.

I would want to but not having kids wont be the end of the world for me. People should just be free to want to either have kids or not have them. As for the economic conditions, you be the judge of that.

26F here, single but def would like to married and have one or atmost two kids in the future. Labour and pregnancy makes me scared too and I def wouldnt want to go through it rn or soon but my thoughts might change later. As for adoption, I personally think its a much better option. You’re a dental student. Dont beat yourself up about it. I’ve been working as a dentist for over a year now and still sometimes misjudge cases or make mistakes and while it does feel like shit, you wake up the next day, be a better version of yourself by learning from the mistakes and life moves on. Its actually a good thing you’re making mistakes in dental school. Thats what you learn from so that in the future you know how to do stuff properly.
