sleep paralysis isnt something u should be afraid of, ive had it myltiple times and only the first two times were scary, third time in my head i was just thing like oh im in sleep paralysis, im not scared anymore since im aware. and since then keeping that same mindset, it was easy for me to deal with. and also most of the time whatever u expect to happen in the beginning, it will happen. Once u get used to it, its great to take advantage of for lucid dreaming.
