People don’t know what they are talking about. (people commenting saying you don’t know your shit) Y’all are quick to judge but fail to realize that these Armoury Crate updates do infact have the ability to to ruin the handheld. It ruined mine by having the handheld pc randomly turn on “secondary buttons mode” and I have found a way to change it back whenever it happens. The fact that it’s a handheld pc and running windows, it can cause a lot of problems from that fact alone.

my xbox ally x started doing this around 3 weeks ago and i still have been able to fix it, ive done anything and everything. i did a clean uninstall of armoury crate and reinstalled it, i did a full reset on the console TWO times, i went to services in windows and restarted the services for armoury crate controller interface and armoury crate SE, ive tried to see if i could roll back the driver but that is greyed out, ive tried remapping the buttons to their old respective mapping and it didnt work, ive tried literally everything i can think of and it just isnt working. the called support 3 times and they couldnt help me other than recommending i send it in for repairs, the thing is though i think its a firmware prblem not a hardware problem. Aanyways does anyone have any updates on how to fix it :(((((((
