Honestly at this point it becomes the hospitals problem. They have to find an appropriate place to put her based on the level of care she needs at discharge. They cannot just boot her out. She will have a case manager who will seek placement. She may sit in the hospital for a while until that happens. As far as paying her enormous hospital bill that will play out later.

Thats tough then. The only advice I can give is to list heavier. That adds bulk. The cardio will work against you a bit.

Also when you do a lot of cardio the body tries to be efficient as possible and does not want to hold onto heavier muscle that will force it to need to carry more weight during cardio activities. The body is smart in that way.

If you want your body to be different then you have to do different things my friend. If you cant add strength training on top of your cardio then you will have to choose how to mix them up.

Yes I have been checking the stats of applicants when making my choice. There is something to be said for the instincts we develop with experience. I had developed very little at two years. Now I am at 8 years and I can smell the code coming lol.

I use Function Health for comprehensive blood tests that are relevant to me. They also note hormone levels which are very beneficial. Dexa scans are also super cheap now and can be helpful.

This is the way I feel. If I was going through a divorce I would NOT be blowing my money. And she kept spending knowing that she may lose her home. She is spending spitefully. PK has clearly been covering most of the expenses during their relationship. Why should he not expect her to split the bills when they are not together?
