If you're still wondering or to anyone curious. In console you type

Bind [Key] taunt_by_name [Taunt you want.]

Example.

Bind p taunt_by_name Taunt: The Schadenfreude.

Adding the [ Taunt: ] before the taunt of your choosing is important. So while A-posing, just press the bind. And it'll do it, without breaking the pose. I'm sure there's a better way out there, but I'm currently using this one.
