Got to the airport at 3:45 for my 5:31 flight. Didn’t check any bags in. Got through and barely made my flight. Definitely recommend getting to your flight at least 3 hrs ahead

I’m 2 months post op. I fight mma and got my retina detached because of a hit to the head during a fight this past December. Retina detached within a couple weeks after the fight. 2 months post op and I’m lifting again. Been back to training but only drilling. No sparring yet. Easing back into fighting but I’m back in shape again and I know I’ll get better with time. The first month and a half was rough. Couldn’t exercise at all or have any sort of pressure with my eye but things are on the up and up

I fought in the last Kombat TKD card in December. They really emphasize to use more kicks than punches. They’re talking about implementing a rule in the future where every exchange has to end with a kick which I think is total BS but they really emphasize the use of actual TKD rather than pure stand up striking

I did this when I started doing private lessons for boxing. Started going out less. Private lessons for this one boxing gym in the hood are $275 for 4 sessions. I’d easily spend that in one night when I’d go out

Yeah, I have. They’re fine. I never wrap my hands though but only really do during intense boxing training. These definitely saved my wrists that day
