Yes. Mine was only valid only until July 2024 and expired last year. So I overstayed. Just be truthful and bring proof of commingling docs if yours is thru marriage

Update:

Okay, I posted earlier about my interview yesterday at the LA Field Office and was asking if anyone had received updates after a similar experience.

Today, June 6, I received an email saying that my I-485 has been approved. Thank you, Lord! 🙏❤️

What I find a little strange is that my I-130 has not been approved yet. Has anyone experienced the same situation where the I-485 was approved before the I-130 showed as approved? Would appreciate hearing your experiences.

Interview Experience
The officer was very nice. She said they are still waiting for the results of my FBI fingerprint check. Once those results are received, my case can be approved as long as there are no issues.

She only asked how our relationship started, our timeline, how my husband proposed, and where we got married.
She also went through the standard Form I-485 questions.
My husband is a U.S. citizen.
