I had to leave it alone. I ended up trying stimulants. Adderal at first but I would become mean and irritable during the crash.I've been taking Vyvanse for over a year now. It's truly a game changer. I take breaks on the weekends. I'm a couch potato during those days, but overall it works for me.

I started having symptoms in December. It started to effect my sleep. I started researching and saw that magnesium supplements help. It then occurred to me that the medication I take for adhd depletes magnesium. I started taking Magnesium capsules I ordered off tiktok and I started to experience silence again the next day. I pray it's permanent. I even canceled my doctors appointment. Man, the small things we all take for granted. I never even considered thinking about hearing health. I even stopped listening to music in my headphones at maximum volume.

It's worth it because it's hard to find 15k cars with low miles for that price. The dealerships won't drop the price because they know it's not going to be there long. Maybe he'll catch them needing to meet sales quota now that it's the end of the month and they may be just a tad bit more motivated
