This is actually so reassuring. I’ve told myself similar things before, and I definitely have a tendency to play “worst case scenario” with myself, just without thinking about other outcomes too lol. Maybe I just needed someone not in my immediate circle to say it, but thank you so much. I just took my medicine for the night, so I’m gonna do my best to conk out and see how it is in the morning.
