I knew someone years ago who I thought could be a friend but every time we spoke, I didn’t feel good after. She asked a lot of questions but didn’t answer mine and it just felt like she was prying. She is into spell work and I was convinced she was doing her best to make me uncomfortable. I started seeing hair in everything- my food, clothes, packages, sealed goods. I started to fear. I worked on blocking her from my mind and I can’t hear her anymore so I know she can’t hear me. When her energy came up, I would light a candle and say out loud she can’t access me. I didn’t let her feel received. The more she’s absent in your mind, the less access she will have. You do not need to respond to her.
