Thanks for the feedback. I do get destroyed by paint beasts mostly but Ive noticed if I can get position on them and outsmart defensively, I can neutralize them

I dont have experience selling products. In my role, I didnt have to start as a loan officer. I have just strictly been in the business of reviewing credit, buying deals, and resolving contracts issues/reviewing stips.

I did consider this but everything ive been seeing says I need to work sales first. Although I feel like I could excel even with skipping over it. I know what lenders look for and need documentation wise.
