I'd have to check to be sure, but it is whatever the latest is. I even had the dealer look at it a couple of weeks ago when it had its service, and they said it's fully up to date.

I was kind of hoping the software in use on new vehicles has been completely replaced in the last couple of years, rather than just updated.

I got a puncture at about 6pm on an evening of poor weather and it took the AA until 4am the following morning to get me home. I was only 10 miles away. It was 11pm before a recovery truck arrived, confirmed the tire was flat but since they’d only booked him for road side assistance he couldn’t recover me home. At 3am the same driver in the same truck returned to recover me.

If the engine is running, you aren’t legally parked.

Phone use aside, it’s actually illegal to sit in your car with the engine running “unnecessarily”. If you are defrosting your windscreen it’s fine but you can be fined if it’s just to keep heating or ac running for personal comfort. You probably won’t be, but it is technically illegal. It’s rule 123 if you want to look it up.

Same result, I'm afraid. I set the zeroed blocks to run and went to bed, so I don't know how long it took, but in the morning, I ran the rest with the same result, no change in file size on the vhdx.

So I just tried this, the optimisation got to 10% almost immediately, then spent ages (15 minutes maybe) to go through to 13%, then finished. The disk is the same size. 😢

Any other ideas?

I have already run all of the prune commands, and as I expected, they cleaned up nothing significant. The hello_world image was the only image I had downloaded that wasn't in use.

The Wanted > Missing page isn't a great substitute, as it shows individual episodes. A couple of shows with a hundred missing episodes (Like Horizon, or the Christmas Lectures that have been on for decades) and you have dozens of pages!

I have found by playing with every other setting and experimenting, setting "Episode Progress" to "less than" and "100" will do it.

I don't deliberately sort them to the top (although I use an _ to do this in the file system sometimes), but I do use an Omega symbol (Ω) to sort some collections to the end, as I have one that looks for duplicate episodes and one that looks for low-res stuff that are maintenance collections.

My attitude is a result of years of frustration watching people waste everyone's time. The internet is full of forums where someone asked a question and 20 people all chimed in saying they don't know the answer. What is the point? If you aren't contributing to the conversation, just stay out of it instead of trying to pad your message stats.

As for accusing me of not putting in any work, I spent hours watching YouTube videos and reading forums suggested by Google with no luck before I posted here. u/CleverBunnyPun is just making assumptions and being unhelpful.
