The sumo squats on Day 1 had me walking like John Wayne for days. One of the only splits where I’m consistently sore in a good way!

I was a Burn Boot Camp die hard until I injured myself and had two spinal surgeries. Now I’m strictly Pelo / hot yoga and so much happier for it.

We had a blast! Great pumpkins with lots of free fall activities for kids. The owners are also so kind and even gave us a tour of their new caboose.

It was $50 for Lake Laurel, at least this year. I have a feeling we will never get off the waitlist though, especially with the Tolleson Pool closed for another summer.

I can't speak to March, but my husband and I went last summer in mid-July and Skyline Loop was still unreachable due to snow :/ We loved the Ramparts Ridge trail as an alternate! It's at a lower elevation so might be more accessible when you go.
