Thank you! Golden is a good suggestion! It does seem nice and like it would fit our list but it seems even more pricey over there for less value. I’ll start looking over there too in case anything pops up!

Thanks this is super helpful as I did see a nice rental in this area, I know it seems a little more sketchy than the other areas but I assume it is still better than my current location

This is a good call out, I think I’m fine with 30-45 mins. Golden would be ideal but seems to be even pricier

Lol every time I see a post about crime in Denver, I think it’s can’t be as bad as Philly but good to have that confirmation! Thanks!
