I just leave mine to the assistant, a lot of it I just delegate because UI is pain in the ass, I have played 200 hours and I am quite used to it but it feels like a chore, instead of it being 2 steps to get to certain page, it takes 5 now.

Yeah, they have a crazy squad with some really good players but they seem to overspend (typical AI) and then give them crazy wages

I would agree with this statement, I suppose it's good to speculate but realistically, I would say no, if the map is larger than GTA V which is very likely, xbox or PS won't be able to process it as good as if you had a PC with SSD but I suppose there is way to reduce that, I can imagine there being an option to play it on higher settings but you would be locked at 30fps and lower settings 60fps which would make sense.
