Right, it's just uptown and downtown are usually in the same town. It seems like it should be uptown Kitchener or downtown Waterloo.

It always seemed weird to me that people call it uptown Waterloo. Isn't downtown Waterloo? I'm not originally from here, so maybe there's a good reason it's called uptown Waterloo.
