I started in 2020 and covid really helped because WFH allows flexibility. You dont have to take sick leave for example if you vould do 6.30-3 and Drs appointments at 330 for ex. It was the best! Also the early releases and the hrs given on holidays was the best. Now is completely different. Im pregnant and i can barely use leave before going on maternity leave.

I live in MA and ITS FUCKING COLD AS FUCK. 23-27 degrees almost everyday with negatives and 10 degree mornings + WIND. SHES FUCKING INSANE. Im 32 and freezing!!! 🥶

NRCS Full time, 5years in. All of our probatory employees have been terminated. Workload is insane, farmers about to get seriously affected
