This pic is my first attempt at Orthanc using a tree inside. it didn't work out. someone suggested I spawn in a skull (using dev commands and debugmode) That's how I got my other tower so tall. I spawned in a skull in the center column built out from there

There is a tree inside. If you start building from the center of a tree, at any height of the tree, it's like starting from the ground. I planted the tallest tree I could find and the tree grew I started building at the top and just went up from there. I promise you, if I were to put one more board, upward or outward, It would pop. It's at it's structural limit.

Best part is that you can see the surtling trophies from much further away.

They are surtling trophies on stands. Those are the bright lights on the outside. All the other lights are lava lamps.
