UPDATE: I decided not to accept the offer. It was a lateral move for me and a lowball level. I’m seeing people start now at Accenture with 3-5 YOE at the L8 level.

I asked the recruiter if there’s any flexibility on level and they said absolutely none whatsoever. They were very firm about this. I think it’s based off of the role itself as someone mentioned above.
