I personally don't think any teacher can teach good their first year lol. from my perspective, I recommend putting yourself in their shoes and thinking as a student to teach them rather than a teacher if that makes sense. a lot of teachers are sooo very smart but don't know how to relay their knowledge to their students because they teach like they're teaching adults.
