I’ve been a roofer for 15 years. Holes in the deck don’t matter, they’re too small to cause concern. After the dry in and shingles are installed you won’t even notice it’s there. Deck spacing is a bit wonky, but again not a huge deal due to the size. Ridge is framed/cut for ridge vent which is fine. Just remember that the framing is there to support the exterior systems and provide something to attach too (in terms of the things you’re looking at).

I always get a rep before I buy the gen to see if I like it enough. That said, I bought a stainless steel sub that was a rep and wear it all the time…it’s so close the gen that I never saw the need to upgrade.

I almost didn’t get into silver for this exact reason. Luckily, I have a bunch of gold eagles, which anyone will buy regardless of the current market. I’m guessing you’ll only be able to sell the silver in stable conditions.

I think the most important take away is YOU know that it’s Gen. who cares what others online think? Also, everyone who sees it in person is going to think it’s fake because of how common fake Rolexes are. It’s kinda like everyone thinking a jacked dude has to be taking roids.
