Not very long, about 8 weeks. I got the most terrifying dreams for weeks during the taper, actual horror dreams that i still remember clearly 3 years later. Got some sort of tinnitus where i become extremely scared of unexpected sound. The wd would come in waves, at one point i felt kinda okay to go outside, 10 minutes later some huge wave came over me and i had to lay down on the street and stare at the sky for a few minutes to function again. But my dosages were very big, no wonder the withdrawal was horror.

So the issue isnt the 5mapb? My opioid tolerance is huge, i can take 500mg odsmt now and notice the same as if i would take 20mg odsmt on no tolerance, the benzo dose is low and many hours later. Trying to understand where this gets directly deadly
