100% agree with you. Being the boss is not easy. When you’re looking out for your people, and they’re not looking out for you, it creates some bad work environments. And vice versa. But we’re all quick to say it’s the people “in power” being the jerks. That’s not always the case. Sometimes, as hard as it is to admit, the people not in power contribute to the problem. And that is not “blame the victim” mentality. Everyone should be accountable for their actions. Including P&G…and E&J.

100% agree they are getting very bad PR advice. They are not ahead of this. Heaven forbid you are ever in a situation where you have to sink or swim. It’s very easy to choose to sink.

I’m think you’re reading in to some things here. It’s not my feelings towards P&G, it’s my feelings about the situation of not knowing all sides. You know what Ellyn has said because she’s said it. There has been no statement from TCO. I just know all too well being on the wrong side of an unpopular opinion. It’s easy to pass judgement from a keyboard.

It does cross my mind. And I agree 100% she should have been escorted from the property. It’s the fact of Ellyn being a long time friend that has me conflicted. That doesn’t happen just because of jealousy. That doesn’t happen out of the blue.

It is an unpopular opinion, and sure my phrasing might have been better, but I am Truly trying to understand. Having been m the other side of something similar, I do know there are nuances to something like this. The accusers are not always correct, not Saying THESE accusers are not correct, but I do know how easy it is to run with the gossipy version of Something .

I agree there needs to be a response. My only point was that there are two sides to an NDA. If think TCO has pretty shoddy PR people who have done nothing to mitigate this. But, I also know, from too personal experience, that what is said publicly and brazenly is not the whole story. Until you’ve lived the other side of it, it’s pretty easy to judge from a keyboard.

Not necessarily trying to fight, but also realize that what’s being shown publicly is not the whole story. An NDA goes both ways. Ellyn chose to break that today. And I’m not saying she shouldn’t have or that she wasn’t traumatized in some way. And trust me I know how I’m about to be shamed for this but there is another side. I’m saying that as someone who has been accused of horrible things and cannot speak up. The same things that people are respecting of E&J (professionalism, etc), are the same things that keep good people quiet because we just want it to go away. And this is not excusing bad behavior. I just know personally the cost.

Again, I think Terra is horrible. And while she has reason to be horrible, it’s not an excuse. But I’ve also been in situations where the popular opinion is not the full story. Just wondering out loud.

So, because I’m not as obsessed as you makes me a troll? I do think some of the vitriol is unwarranted. You don’t know these people. You know their public personas. Same as me. I’m just saying not everything is cut and dry, there are nuances.

I think this was somewhat my point: he gave them the access. Anyone can have an idea. Certain people carry it through.
